Leadsun rock wool products are manufactured from high-quality natural rocks such as basalt and dolomite. The raw materials are melted at temperatures of around 1500°C and fiberized by high-speed centrifugal spinning. During fiber formation, phenolic binders, silicone additives, and mineral oil are evenly applied. The fibers are then collected, formed, cured, and processed into different shapes and densities, including rock wool boards, blankets, and pipe sections, according to customer requirements.
Rock wool products are widely used in construction, industrial equipment, shipbuilding, and other insulation applications.
