Insulation Mineral Wool High Quality Rock Wool Blanket Fireproof With Wire Mesh Alumina Foil For Heat Insulation
Leadsun rock wool wired-mesh mat is made by sewing rock wool mat with galvanized or stainless steel mesh, which is easy to construct, and suitable for thermal insulation, fire prevention, and sound absorption of large storage tanks, boilers, and large-diameter pipelines. It can be laminated wih aluminium glass cloth. We provide low chlorine products.
External thermal insulation rock wool blanket is specially designed for external thermal insulation composite system.It has the quality of high tensile strength, good dimensional stability, water repellent, low water absorption etc. We have three different products to meet customer's needs i.e. LR140, LR160, LR180.

Advantages:
1.Industrial thermal insulation rock wool felt is specifically designed for industrial insulation applications.
2.It features high-temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance, stable chemical properties, and excellent sound absorption and noise reduction performance. Its fire resistance rating reaches A1 class.
3.Products can be manufactured as hydrophobic or low-chlorine types upon request. Surface-facing materials such as aluminum foil fiberglass cloth (ALGC) can also be applied as needed.
Application:
1.This product is specially designed for external thermal insulation composite system.
2.Suitable for dry hanging stone curtain wall, aluminum-plastic composite plate curtain wall, aluminum panel curtain wall insulation system etc.
3.Used as fire barrier for external thermal insulation composite system of non-class A fire classification insulation
4.Other places that has high requirement for fire-proof, thermal insulation, water-proof etc.
Note:
1.Packing and storage:For the convenience of working and storage our product is packed with polyethylene heat shrinkable film. And should be stored in dry and ventilated room or in an open area covered with water-proof cover.
2.Standard product width include 24" and 48" (600mm and 1200mm)
3.Thickness may vary by request location. Suggest use two layers half thickness to instead when thickness more than 200mm.
4.Standard product lengths include 10' and 16'(3m and 5m),other lengths can be customized.
