External thermal insulation rock wool board is specially designed for external thermal insulation composite system.It has the quality of high tensile strength, good dimensional stability, water repellent, low water absorption etc. We have three different products to meet customer's needs i.e. LR140, LR160, LR180.
Rock wool products is base on superior melted basalt as the main raw material, through centrifuge system of four-roller cotton process which pulls melted basaltic rockwool into a 4 ~ 7μm non continuous fibers followed by adding a certain amount of binder,dust laying oil, water repellent before settlement folding, curing, cutting and other processes, and then made into the productsof different density depending on purpose of usage like blanket or board or pipe etc shapes .meanwhile it can be non-faced or faced with wire mesh. Packing and storage:
For the convenience of working and storage our product is packed with polyethylene heat shrinkable film.
And should be stored in dry and ventilated room or in an open area covered with water-proof cover.
