Leadsun ceramic fiber board is a high-quality lightweight refractory material made from high-purity alumina silicate fibers, capable of withstanding continuous working temperatures up to 1430°C (2600°F).
Manufactured through advanced vacuum molding technology, this ceramic fiber board features a uniform and sturdy structure with excellent mechanical strength. Compared to traditional ceramic fiber blankets, it can better withstand high-speed airflows, making it an ideal inner lining solution for high-temperature industrial equipment such as furnaces, boilers, pipes, and chimneys.
The material's extremely low thermal conductivity and negligible thermal capacity significantly reduce heat loss and enhance energy efficiency. It accelerates heating and cooling cycles, shortens processing time, and allows for quicker equipment access for inspection and maintenance after operation.
