Engineered for precision and reliability, our Ceramic Fiber Paper is a versatile, lightweight refractory sheet produced from a uniform blend of high-purity alumina-silica fibers. With a controlled, smooth surface and consistent thickness, it delivers predictable thermal and electrical insulation performance. Formulated with a minimal organic binder for flexibility during installation and low off-gassing during use, it serves as a high-performance, cost-effective, and safe asbestos-free replacement across numerous industrial applications.
Available in four grades -- Standard, High Pure, High Aluminium, and Zirconium -- our ceramic fiber paper covers maximum service temperatures from 1050°C to 1430°C. Each grade is produced under strict quality control protocols, ensuring consistent chemical composition, uniform density, and reliable performance in continuous high-temperature environments. The material is completely asbestos-free and designed with low organic content (≤5%) to minimize fume emission during first heat-up.
