Rock Wool Blanket with Wire Mesh – Thermal Insulation Fireproof and Sound Absorption for Industrial Applications
Our Rock Wool Blanket with Wire Mesh is a high-performance insulation material manufactured from natural volcanic rock such as basalt and dolomite. The raw materials are melted at approximately 1500°C and centrifuged into fine fibers, then formed into flexible blankets through a controlled process involving pendulum laying, pleating, and curing. The blanket is then reinforced by sewing with galvanized or stainless steel mesh, and can be laminated with aluminum foil or glass cloth as required. With density options ranging from 60kg/m³ to 200kg/m³, our wired-mesh rock wool blanket delivers exceptional thermal insulation, fire prevention, moisture resistance, and acoustic performance, making it ideal for large storage tanks, boilers, large-diameter pipelines, and other demanding industrial applications.
Each blanket is produced under strict quality control protocols, ensuring consistent density, dimensional accuracy, and reliable performance. The material is hydrophobic treated (≥98% water repellence), non-combustible (Class A1), and contains no asbestos or CFCs, providing a safe, durable, and environmentally responsible insulation solution. Low-chlorine options are also available for applications requiring minimal chloride content to prevent stress corrosion cracking in stainless steel equipment.
