We offer pipe sections with inner diameters ranging from 15mm to 600mm and thicknesses from 6mm to 50mm. Rolls and sheets are also available in customizable widths and thicknesses. Please provide your pipe outer diameter and the required insulation thickness, and we will recommend the most suitable specification. Custom sizes can be produced based on your drawings.
Is this material suitable for long-term outdoor exposure?
Yes. Our standard black product offers good UV and ozone resistance and can be directly exposed to outdoor air without rapid degradation. For enhanced protection in extreme outdoor conditions, we also offer an aluminum foil (Alumina Foil) lamination option to provide additional weatherproofing and mechanical protection.
Does the installation of this material generate harmful dust or irritate the skin?
No. Unlike fiberglass or mineral wool insulation, our rubber foam material is fiber-free and dust-free. It is soft and non-irritating to the skin, making it a clean, safe, and easy-to-handle material for installers without the need for special protective clothing during routine installation.
