Product Overview

Aerogel is a flexible thermal insulation felt—soft and easy to handle—in which silica aerogel is reinforced within a fiberglass matrix. Primarily utilized in high-temperature environments, it is currently recognized as the solid material with the lowest thermal conductivity known to man. Its exceptionally low bulk density and the tortuous pathways created by its nanoscale network structure effectively suppress both gaseous and solid-state heat conduction, thereby blocking the pathways of heat transfer and enabling the aerogel to achieve thermal insulation performance unmatched by any other material.
