Product Highlights

The lightweight mullite insulation brick uses premium mullite clinker as raw material and is formed by high pressure and fired at high temperature, combining low bulk density and excellent high temperature resistance.
The product has extremely low thermal conductivity to effectively reduce kiln heat dissipation loss, with energy saving effect significantly superior to conventional heavy refractory brick.
The brick has outstanding high temperature resistance with maximum service temperature up to 1500°C, suitable for thermal insulation lining of various high temperature industrial kilns.
The product has good thermal shock stability and will not crack, spall, or suffer structural damage under rapid cooling and heating conditions of frequent kiln heating and cooling.
The brick is lightweight to effectively reduce overall kiln dead weight, lower steel structure bearing load, and simplify furnace body structure design.
The product has excellent chemical stability and good erosion resistance against acid flue gas, alkaline volatiles, and molten substances.
