Product Description

There is a corrugated section in the nail rod section, which changes the expansion of the nail rod section in the length direction, reduces the expansion coefficient in the length direction, thereby reducing the damage of the hook nail to the insulation material, avoiding cracking or even peeling of the insulation material, reducing heat loss, lowering the operating cost of the boiler, and extending the service life of the insulation layer.
Operation Process
The operation process mainly includes three steps: preparation, installation, and inspection. Firstly, before construction, it is necessary to check whether the specifications of the hook nails meet the requirements and ensure that the surface of the boiler is clean and free of debris. Secondly, during installation, the spacing between hooks and nails should be determined according to the design requirements, and special tools should be used to firmly weld the hooks and nails to the surface of the boiler. Finally, after installation, it is necessary to check the firmness and arrangement of the hook nails to ensure they meet the standards. In terms of safe operation, construction personnel need to wear protective gloves and goggles to avoid welding sparks and burns. Attention should be paid to ventilation during welding to prevent the accumulation of harmful gases.
