Product Description
Metal marine self-adhesive nails are high-performance non drilling fasteners specially designed for ships and marine environments. They are made of 316L marine grade stainless steel or galvanized aluminum alloy substrate, combined with nano anti-corrosion coating and DNV certified acrylic structural adhesive, to achieve IP68 waterproof sealing at extreme temperatures from -40 ℃ to+80 ℃. They have undergone salt spray testing for over 2000 hours without corrosion, and can withstand a tensile force of 200kg in just 3 seconds. They can be stably installed on ship mounted devices such as solar panels, navigation equipment, and life support brackets without the need for electric drill welding.
Product Features
1. Using high-strength industrial grade adhesive, specially designed for harsh marine environments such as humidity and salt spray, to ensure strong adhesion on surfaces of marine materials such as metal, fiberglass, and wood, with excellent peel and shear resistance.
2. Strong weather resistance, able to withstand long-term seawater immersion, ultraviolet radiation, and temperature fluctuations, with a long-lasting and stable bonding effect, reducing the risk of detachment.
3. The main material is made of 304/316 stainless steel or galvanized alloy, and the surface is treated with anti-corrosion to effectively resist the erosion of seawater, chloride ions, and chemical substances, extend the service life, and reduce maintenance costs.
4. Suitable for high salinity environments such as coastal and offshore areas, ensuring structural safety and reliability.
5. The adhesive layer has excellent sealing properties, which can effectively block moisture infiltration and prevent metal corrosion or structural leakage caused by drilling.
