Product Description

Product Features
Common materials include low-carbon steel (such as Q195) and aluminum alloy, among which aluminum studs are lighter in weight and have better corrosion resistance than stainless steel, making them suitable for aluminum structures in ships.
Surface treatment is mostly copper plating or zinc plating. Copper plating technology improves conductivity and welding firmness, and its anti-corrosion performance is better than ordinary galvanized steel nails.
The length can be adjusted according to the thickness of the insulation material, for example, the extension length needs to exceed the thickness of the rock wool by 5 millimeters to ensure the fixing effect.
It is usually made by riveting galvanized carbon steel wire and galvanized sheet, with 6 evenly distributed holes designed to facilitate adhesive penetration and fixation.
