Product Description
In tunnel engineering, Y-shaped anchoring components exhibit unique advantages. When using grouting type Y anchor rods for support in weak surrounding rock sections, their three branches can form umbrella shaped support surfaces, significantly increasing the contact area with the rock mass. Engineering practice has shown that this structure can increase anchoring force by more than 20% and effectively control surrounding rock deformation. In the construction of subway tunnels, the Y-shaped anchoring system used in combination can withstand a tensile force of up to 50kN, providing strong supplementary reinforcement for the initial support structure.
Product Features
The product specifications cover various sizes ranging from 8 × 60 to 8 × 160, suitable for different insulation layer thicknesses. Fixed by hammering during installation without the need for specialized tools. The usage quantity is adjusted according to the wall structure and floor height, with a conventional density of 6-9 pieces/square meter, and densely arranged in areas such as corners and hole edges, with a spacing of no more than 300mm. Some models adopt a V-shaped opening design (such as V-shaped anchor nails) to improve seismic performance and bearing capacity by increasing friction, suitable for hard material reinforcement scenarios such as concrete and curtain walls.
