Product Description
The core of self-adhesive insulation nails lies in innovatively combining the two fixing principles of mechanical anchoring and chemical bonding. It is not simply sticking tape on the bottom of ordinary insulation nails, but a precision designed system.
Its working principle can be decomposed into two key steps: firstly, the strong pressure-sensitive adhesive (sticker) at the bottom of the nail body generates initial adhesion force with a clean and sturdy substrate (such as metal, concrete, ceramic tiles) surface under pressure, achieving rapid temporary positioning. Subsequently, the sharp nail tip penetrates the insulation material, and the aluminum nail body, due to its excellent ductility, can be easily bent into a reliable mechanical hook after penetration, forming a dual guarantee with the long-lasting adhesive force of the adhesive.
Product Features
Self adhesive insulation nails are mainly used in scenarios such as air conditioning ducts, glass curtain walls, and wooden walls, ensuring that the construction surface is clean and free of oil stains. Its core function is to fix insulation materials such as glass wool, suitable for environmentally clean places. The product adopts aluminum nail body (20-30mm long) and galvanized tinplate bottom plate (2222mm to 5050mm in specification), which have the characteristics of aging resistance, temperature change resistance (-30 ℃ to 80 ℃), high bearing capacity (tensile strength ≥ 50N) and moisture resistance, and is suitable for construction in low temperature environments such as air duct insulation and steel structure. When installing, the base surface needs to be cleaned first, fixed with quick drying glue or foam glue, and then penetrated through the insulation board and pressed with self-locking gaskets after curing. The tail can be bent to adapt to different thicknesses.
