Product Description
The installation process of self-adhesive insulation nails is extremely simple, mainly divided into the following steps:
Surface cleaning: Thoroughly clean the dust, oil, and water stains on the surface of the air duct or wall, ensuring that the bonding surface is dry and clean to ensure bonding strength.
Positioning and pasting: Peel off the protective sticker on the back of the adhesive insulation nail, press the bottom plate accurately in the predetermined position, and press it firmly to ensure sufficient contact.
Laying insulation materials: Cover the fixed insulation nails with insulation cotton or boards.
Fixed completion: Use insulation nails to penetrate the insulation layer, or directly fix the surface of the insulation material with the adhesive force of the bottom plate (depending on the specific construction process, some processes require the use of tape or pressure strips). For situations that require penetration, aluminum nails can easily pierce through insulation materials and outer aluminum foil/tape.
Product Features
Self adhesive insulation nails are mainly used in scenarios such as air conditioning ducts, glass curtain walls, and wooden walls, ensuring that the construction surface is clean and free of oil stains. Its core function is to fix insulation materials such as glass wool, suitable for environmentally clean places. The product adopts aluminum nail body (20-30mm long) and galvanized tinplate bottom plate (2222mm to 5050mm in specification), which have the characteristics of aging resistance, temperature change resistance (-30 ℃ to 80 ℃), high bearing capacity (tensile strength ≥ 50N) and moisture resistance, and is suitable for construction in low temperature environments such as air duct insulation and steel structure. When installing, the base surface needs to be cleaned first, fixed with quick drying glue or foam glue, and then penetrated through the insulation board and pressed with self-locking gaskets after curing. The tail can be bent to adapt to different thicknesses.
