Product Description Of IRS2976C
IRS2976C is a REAL3™ 3D Time-of-Flight (ToF) image sensor with VGA system resolution and increased sensitivity. It features the 6th generation of pixel design, which provides increased sensitivity, allowing for longer range or reduced power consumption.
IRS2976C offers VGA system resolution (640x480 pixels) with a small 1/4“ (4 mm) image circle and a highly optimized BoM. The imager is only available as bare die, for customers who require a high degree of customization.
