Product Description Of VI4310
VI4310 is a single photon image sensor, which integrates a 19K pixel (160 rows x 120 columns) SPAD detector array and 3D imaging circuit. Based on the single photon detection and direct time-of-flight (dToF) technology designed by visionICs, VI4310 can directly output 3D point cloud data and depth map with centimeter accuracy, without the external ISP assistance. This SoC provides an efficient, low-cost solution for the solid-state LiDAR and 3D imaging.
