Printing of weighing labels

The label printing system can track the inbound and outbound status of ingredients in real time, ensuring accurate inventory information, ensuring sufficient supply of ingredients, and avoiding waste and cost increase caused by excessive backlog.

It can automatically and accurately calculate the required amount of ingredients based on preset formulas and ingredient ratios, significantly reducing errors caused by manual calculations and improving food processing efficiency and compliance with standards.

Counting and weighing

When an object is placed on the scale, pressure is applied to the sensor, causing deformation of the sensor and resulting in a change in impedance. At the same time, the excitation voltage is used to change and output a changing analog signal. The signal is amplified by the amplification circuit and output to the analog-to-digital converter, converted into a digital signal that is easy to process, and then output to the CPU for operation and control. The CPU outputs the calculation results to the display based on preset programs and keyboard commands, thereby displaying the weight of the object.
