FINISHED PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The finished wood facing has different functions and composite structures. First of all, there are 14 layers of real wood veneer: base plate, viscose layer, natural wood skin layer, scratch resistant finish (first layer). Primer (the third layer), primer (the second layer), primer (the first layer, wear-resistant primer layer, hardening primer layer, and then the second wear-resistant primer layer, hardening primer layer, coloring layer and protective layer. Secondly, there are 11 layers fo real wood fire-resistant board, which are: bese plate, viscose layer, natural wood skin layer, coloring layer, transparent putty layer, wear-resistant primer layer (two layers), hard primer layer (two layers), flame retardant paint layer, UV resistant finish layer, finish layer, protective film, etc.
