Our door and window aluminum profiles are engineered for lasting performance. The extruded sections feature reinforced corners and integrated drainage channels, providing structural stability against daily operation stresses. Thickness ranging from 1.4mm to 2.0mm ensures optimal strength without unnecessary weight, making them suitable for both residential and commercial applications. The alloy composition meets international standards for corrosion resistance, maintaining integrity in diverse climates.
Surface treatment combines anodizing with electrostatic powder coating. This dual-layer protection creates a uniform matte or glossy finish in various color options. The coating thickness of 60-80 microns provides effective resistance to scratches, UV exposure, and minor impacts. Tolerances within 0.5mm guarantee consistent appearance when multiple panels are installed together.
Designed for sliding and swing door systems, these profiles accommodate 5-12mm glass panels with snap-in gasket grooves. Pre-machined hinge slots and roller track openings simplify installation. Thermal break versions with polyamide inserts are available for improved insulation. Standard 6-meter lengths can be custom-cut to project specifications.
