Each production batch undergoes spectrometer testing to verify alloy composition (6063-T5/T6). Tensile strength exceeds 160MPa while elongation rates remain above 8%. Continuous casting technology eliminates internal porosity, providing uniform surface for coating adhesion.
Installation Optimization
Pre-punched screw holes at 300mm intervals reduce on-site drilling. Color-coded protective films indicate glass placement zones. Installation manuals include template diagrams for common door/window sizes. Weight specifications (3.2-5.7kg/m) help calculate structural support requirements.
