Precise Reproduction of Woodgrain Details
Through precision printing and high-temperature curing processes, the woodgrain transfer film accurately replicates the microscopic texture of natural wood. Each growth ring pattern, knot, and pore is clearly reproduced, with the surface exhibiting a delicate matte texture that avoids the smooth plastic feel of ordinary prints. Under side lighting, the texture displays natural transitions between light and shadow, creating a three-dimensional effect that makes it visually difficult to distinguish the aluminum profiles from solid wood.
Strict Color Stability Control
A digital color management system is employed during production to ensure color variation between different batches of profiles is controlled within the professional standard of ΔE≤1.5. The pigment system undergoes special weather-resistant treatment; even after prolonged sun exposure, color change does not exceed 5 NBS units (international color difference standard). This stability is particularly important for large-scale projects constructed in phases or for later partial replacements, avoiding noticeable color discrepancies during replenishment.
Industrial-Grade Surface Durability
The surface coating thickness reaches 25-30 microns with a pencil hardness of 2H, capable of withstanding over 10,000 standard friction tests. A specially formulated coating provides excellent anti-fingerprint properties, minimizing visible marks from daily hand contact. During cleaning and maintenance, diluted neutral cleaners can be used directly without causing wear to the surface texture, maintaining a long-term, like-new visual effect.
