This finish is engineered to withstand harsh environmental conditions. It features excellent resistance to fading from prolonged UV exposure, ensuring the woodgrain color remains consistent over time. It also provides a strong barrier against rain, humidity, salt spray (in coastal areas), and temperature extremes, protecting the aluminum from corrosion and preserving the finish's integrity for extended periods.
The surface is designed to endure physical contact and abrasion. It is more scratch-resistant than real wood veneer and less susceptible to dents or impacts compared to softer woods. This makes it particularly suitable for high-traffic areas, door handles, and sills where regular contact occurs. The finish helps maintain a like-new appearance with minimal signs of wear and tear over years of use.
The materials and processes used in the finish are stable and non-toxic once cured. It does not off-gas harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) under normal conditions, contributing to healthier indoor air quality. The finish is also non-combustible, as it is applied to an aluminum substrate, adding a layer of fire safety not inherent to natural wood products.

5 tons for LCL orders or not less than 12 tons for FCL order. Normally, we advise our customers order FCL. It is more competitive considering the goods' value and the transportation cost.
