Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in ningbo city, zhejiang Province, China, near Shang hai. You can fly to Shanghai Pudong airport directly.
Q: What is the payment?
We prefer T/T, and also L/C if you want, the way of payment we can discuss.
Q: What is the lead time?
1. If we will start this project, we will start the tooling make and samples, which will be about 40-45 days after we received the PO.
2. If do the mass production, the lead time will be with 20 working days after receiving the PO.

Strict inspection we do during operation
1. We have specialized QC testers to check the products quality according to different customers.
2. We have IQC to check the dimensions and surface of the incoming material.
3. We have PQC to inspect full-course during the processing
4. We have FQC to inspect all the plating products from outsides and make the 100% inspection before the shipments

How to test the part?
1. When we do the wax mould, we will choose 5-10 parts to test the wax shrinkage, and also test the life of toolings.
2. Before pouring, we will test the material and do the material report.
3. After Pouring, we will choose 10-20 parts per furnace to do the measurement.
4. When doing the after treatment, we will measure some of the parts per day.
5. After after-treatment, we will use testing toolings to test every parts.
6. Before shippment, we will test 5 parts or the quantity customer want to do the report, and will send the material report and meausrement report together with productions to customer.
