Brief Introduction:
iqualitrol HR-150DT Motorized Rockwell hardness tester adopts the mechanism of automatic loading and unloading, the test force is regulated by force knob. The dwell time can be set. Besides setting zero, there is no man-made error.
Main Features:
1, The dial reads the hardness value directly, indicator responses sensitively, show the hardness value accurately, which is more than national standard;
2, Hardness reading by analogue gauge resolution is 0.5HR, it is useful to improve the reading accuracy than traditional 1HR resolution;
3, Dwell time from 2 to 60s can be setup by the “time key” on the panel , it is much convenient than the setup on the manual hardness tester;
4, Force knob adopts the metal material to replace the plastic,it largely improves the instrument using-life;
5, Loading, dwell and unloading is buffering by electronic motor automatically ,doesn’t need the operator to handle it , it eliminates the human operation error maximum;
6, Optional intenter protector is available to improve the using lifetime of indenter.
Application Range:
Suitable for quenched steel, tempered steel, annealed steel, cold and hard casting, malleable cast iron, hard alloy steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, bearing steel etc.
