Iqualitrol customized Rockwell hardness tester HRDJ-150BHY was upgraded from basic HR-150B, with new appearance and bigger work table, larely expand the application range, to test hardness of big workpieces.
1, The machine body is integral casting by high quality cast iron, with the automotive paint treatment process, the appearance is round and beautiful；
2, Large test table with dimension 730*500mm, support customized made, stable and rigid, can test big workpieces.
3, Dial reading with resolution 0.5HR, support choose optional other Rockwell scales.
4, lifting system apply frictionless spindle with high test accuracy;
5, Integrated casting precision hydraumatic antifluctuator, loading and unloading stable, no impact force, speed adjustable.
6, with biaxial linkage synchronization lifting system, makes lifting smooth and steady;
7, Conform test standards of GB/T230.2, ISO 6508-2 and ASTM E18.
Application Range:
1. Widely used to determine the Rockwell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials;
2. Test the Rockwell hardness of heat-treated materials such as quenching and tempering;
3. Cemented carbide, carburizing steel, hardened steel, surface hardened steel, hard cast steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, malleable casting, mild steel, quenched and tempered steel, annealed steel, bearings and other materials;
4. Especially suitable for relatively large workpieces.
