All of our emitters can be coated with gold or ceramic reflectors. The gold/ceramic coating concentrates heat, increasing heat output effectiveness. Coated emitters are highly economical, converting nearly all electrical power into heat. For emitters with high watt density or surface temperatures above 800°C, we recommend ceramic coating as its temperature resistance reaches 1000°C. We offer standard 180° (half-tube) coating and custom coating degrees.
