This premium infrared heating lamp features an 8-shape high-purity clear quartz twin tube design. Each tube contains a U-shaped heating coil made of carbon fiber material, enclosed in inert gas. The lamp achieves an impressive power density of up to 150w/cm with rapid heating and cooling times of 3-5 seconds.

  2. Coated emitters are highly economical, converting nearly all consumed electrical power into usable heat.
  3. For high watt density applications (surface temperature above 800°C), we recommend ceramic coating with temperature resistance up to 1000°C.
