【Product Usage】
1. As a flocculant, it is used for the treatment of domestic sewage and organic wastewater, such as alcohol wastewater, papermaking wastewater, monosodium glutamate factory wastewater, sugar wastewater, feed wastewater, textile printing and dyeing wastewater, etc. It is used for sludge precipitation and sludge dehydration in the treatment of urban sewage and meat, poultry and food processing wastewater.
2. It can be used as paper dry strength agent, retention agent and filter aid in papermaking industry. It can also be used for white water treatment. At the same time, it can play an obvious flocculation effect in the deinking process.
3. It can be used as a clarifier for mine wastewater and coal washing wastewater in mining and coal preparation industries.
4. It can be used to treat dyeing wastewater, leather wastewater and oily wastewater.
5 In phosphoric acid purification, it helps to separate gypsum in the wet phosphoric acid process.
6. Used as water treatment flocculant in water plants with river water sources, especially when used in combination with inorganic flocculants, the effect is better.

【Instructions】
1. When used alone, it should be prepared into a dilute solution, generally with a concentration of 0.1-0.3% (referring to solid content). It should be dissolved in neutral, low-hardness water, and the water should not contain suspended matter and inorganic salts.
2. When treating different sewage or sludge, appropriate products should be selected according to the treatment process and water quality. The dosage of the agent should be determined according to the concentration of the treated water or the moisture content of the sludge.
3. Carefully select the placement point and stirring speed to ensure uniform placement of the polyacrylamide dilute solution and avoid floc breakage.
4. Equipment in contact with the solution should be made of stainless steel, plastic, fiberglass or carbon steel with resin coating on the surface.
5. The solution should be used as soon as possible after preparation.
