Installation Guidelines:
Disconnect battery negative terminal; raise and support vehicle safely
Mark the orientation of the existing propeller shaft to the differential and transmission flanges before removal
Remove the bolts connecting the shaft to the differential pinion flange and transmission output flange
Remove the center bearing support bolts (if applicable)
Clean all mounting surfaces and inspect flanges for wear or damage
Install the new shaft in the marked orientation; hand-tighten bolts first
Torque flange bolts to OEM specification. Reference torque values for ISUZU propeller shaft flange bolts: 63 N·m (46 lb ft) for rear propeller shaft to differential; 20 N·m (15 lb ft) for U-joint clamp bolts
