Working Principle
The clutch disc (driven disc) is a key rotating component of the clutch assembly, installed between the engine flywheel and pressure plate, connected to the transmission input shaft via splines. Its working principle includes:
Power Transmission: When the driver releases the clutch pedal, the pressure plate clamps the clutch disc against the flywheel, transmitting rotational power through the disc's splined hub to the transmission input shaft.
