Loe the charge air cooler - Identify the intercooler (typically mounted at the front of the vehicle, behind the grille)
Remove the grille/bumper (if needed) - Remove any components obstructing access to the cooler
Remove intake hoses - Carefully remove the charge air hoses from the inlet and outlet ports
Remove mounting hardware - Unbolt the cooler from its mounting brackets
Remove the old cooler - Carefully remove the old cooler from the vehicle
Inspect and clean mounting area - Check mounting brackets and surrounding components for damage
