Brake System Appliion: Vacuum-assisted hydraulic brake systems compatible with standard ISUZU NHR brake configurations.

Installation Notes
Professional installation required. Brake system safety is critical.
  1. Disconnect battery – Disconnect the negative battery cable before beginning work.
  2. Depressurize the brake system – Pump the brake pedal several times to release vacuum pressure.
  3. Drain brake fluid – Drain the brake fluid from the master cylinder reservoir.
  4. Disconnect brake lines – Carefully disconnect the brake lines from the master cylinder.
  5. Disconnect vacuum hose – Disconnect the vacuum supply hose from the booster.
  6. Remove the old assembly – Unbolt and remove the brake master vac assembly from the firewall.
  7. Inspect the brake pedal linkage – Check the push rod and pedal linkage for wear or damage.
  8. Inspect vacuum hose – Check the vacuum supply hose for cracks or damage; replace if necessary.
  9. Check the check valve – Verify the one-way check valve functions properly.
  10. Clean mounting area – Clean the firewall mounting surface and surrounding area.
  11. Prepare the new assembly – Inspect the new assembly and verify it matches the original.
  12. Adjust push rod length – Adjust the push rod length to match the original assembly (if adjustable).
  13. Install the new assembly – Position the new assembly on the firewall and secure with mounting bolts.

  15. Reconnect vacuum hose – Reconnect the vacuum supply hose to the booster.

  19. Bleed the brake system – Bleed the entire brake system to remove all air.
  20. Test operation – Start the engine and test brake pedal feel and booster operation.
  21. Check for leaks – Inspect all connections for vacuum or brake fluid leaks.
  22. Road test – Test drive the vehicle to verify proper braking performance.
