Installation Notes
Disconnect battery negative cable
Remove cooling fan blades from old clutch
Remove old fan clutch from water pump hub (typically left-hand thread)
Clean water pump spindle threads
Apply anti-seize to threads if recommended
Install new fan clutch onto water pump and tighten center nut to specification
Reinstall cooling fan blades and torque bolts evenly (8-12 Nm)
Reconnect battery
Start engine and check for proper operation
Quality Control
Fluid fill check for correct silicone oil quantity and viscosity
Temperature response testing for proper engagement/disengagement
Leak test to verify seal integrity
Bearing noise test for smooth, quiet operation
Dimensional inspection of mounting components
