Installation Notes
Safely lift and support vehicle - remove front wheels and brake components
Remove steering knuckle - disconnect tie rod, drag link, and steering arm
Press out old king pins using hydraulic press
Inspect axle beam bores for ovality or damage
Install new bushings - press into axle beam with oil holes aligned
Ream bushings to size if required for correct clearance
Lubricate king pin with high-quality chassis grease
Assemble thrust bearing according to OE orientation
Insert king pin and install lock pins or retaining bolts
Check end play using dial indicator
Reassemble steering knuckle, seals, and caps
Grease thoroughly until fresh grease appears from seals
Reinstall wheels and brake components with proper torque
Road test and re-torque after 500 km
