Remove the old center support bearing from the driveshaft (use a puller).

Press the new bearing onto the driveshaft using appropriate tools.
Install the rubber isolator and bracket (if not pre-assembled).
Reinstall the driveshaft, aligning marks.
Torque all bolts to manufacturer specifiion.
