Important: Before ordering, verify that your original parking brake cable's overall length (3850mm), end fitting type, and mounting clip positions match the product. This cable is available in 3800mm and 3850mm versions — this product is the 3850mm version for NPR75/NQR71/NQR75/NQR90.

SAFETY WARNING: The parking brake system is directly related to vehicle safety. Installation should be performed by a professional technician. Before installation, ensure the vehicle is parked on level ground, apply the handbrake, and chock the wheels.
Installation Guidelines: Refer to ISUZU NPR/NQR workshop manual for exact specifications
Lift and safely support the vehicle; remove rear wheels for access
Remove the old cable; note the cable routing and mounting clip positions
Route the new cable following the original path
Connect the rear end to the rear wheel brake parking lever
Connect the front end to the handbrake lever
Adjust cable tension: standard handbrake lever travel typically 5–7 clicks
Release the handbrake and confirm rear wheels rotate freely
Perform road test to confirm parking brake function
Maintenance Schedule:
Inspect cable tension and operation every 20,000 km
Inspect cable sheath for damage every 40,000 km
Inspect cable condition at 80,000–100,000 km
Shorten inspection intervals for harsh operating environments
