1. Product Parameter (specification)
The lifting screw at the rear of the Liebherr mixer truck with a length (L = 51space cm) is an important component for adjusting the height and angle of the discharge chute.
Structure: Usually, it consists of a screw rod, a nut, a support frame, and a drive mechanism. The screw rod is threaded and meshes with the nut. The support frame fixes the screw rod and nut, and the drive mechanism provides the power to rotate the screw rod.
Function: By rotating the screw rod, the nut moves along the thread of the screw rod, thereby driving the connected discharge chute to move up or down. This allows for precise adjustment of the height and angle of the discharge chute, enabling the concrete to be accurately discharged at the desired position and angle, which is very important for different construction site requirements and pouring operations.
