• Transmission Specifications: Adopting a planetary gear transmission structure with a wide range of transmission ratios, combined with multi-stage speed change design, it can achieve flexible adaptation from 2.1:1 to 45.77:1 (selected according to actual working conditions); the input speed can reach 120rpm, and the output speed is stably maintained at around 110rpm, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment.
• Power and Torque: With a rated power of up to 56kW and a maximum output torque of 1200kN·m, it can easily meet the power transmission needs of heavy-duty equipment. Compared with products of the same class, its torque-bearing capacity is increased by approximately 15%-20%.
• Transmission Efficiency: The single-stage transmission efficiency exceeds 97%, and the multi-stage transmission efficiency remains above 94%, with energy loss far lower than the industry average, helping equipment achieve energy-saving operation.
• Installation Methods: Supports multiple modular installation methods such as foot mounting and flange mounting. Adopting advanced Taiwanese TM tooth profile technology, the gear meshing rate exceeds 60%, achieving zero backlash and small hysteresis transmission with a precision of up to 12 arc seconds, ensuring the accuracy and stability of power transmission. The multi-planetary gear uniform distribution design evenly distributes the load to each gear, greatly improving the bearing capacity and impact resistance, and avoiding wear caused by single-tooth overload. The gear material is carburized and quenched alloy steel, processed with AGMA 13-level precision, and the surface hardness reaches HRC 60-62, with wear resistance and fatigue strength significantly superior to ordinary gears.
Adopting Unicase™ integral housing design, through one-time processing and forming technology, it ensures high rigidity and dimensional accuracy of the housing, completely eliminating leakage problems that are prone to occur in split-type housings. The housing is made of grade 35 gray cast iron, and the surface is sprayed with an anti-corrosion coating containing 316 stainless steel scales, which has both corrosion resistance and impact resistance, adapting to complex environments such as outdoor use and contact with multiple media.
