The advantages of dual air-end and dual motor
1. Each stage air-end can be directly driven by two independent motors and the compression ratio of each stage will reduce so that the air output increase. 2. The air-end is easy to maintain, which enable the high-efficiency operation in long term. The manufacturing of air-end is simple and the failure rate of it is low. 3. The intermediate pressure can be adjusted flexibly. 4. Replace the air-end to realized different pressure and higher energy efficiency.
The two-stage compression operating principle of screw air compressor
As known from the operating principle of air compressor, the isothermal compression is the most energy-saving. The blue area in the below figure represents the power saving of two-stage compression over the one-stage compression. The two-stage compression effectively saves the power of compressor, which make the air compressor closer to isothermal compression. The isothermal compression is the most energy-saving.
Adopts special cooling spray design
The air-end of one-stage and two-stage adopts special cooling spray design at the end of shaft block on the one-stage, which enable the better cooling between one-stage and two-stage so that the two-stage compression of air compressor will be closer to isothermal compression.
The whole series adopt IE4 high-efficiency motor:
Jaguar 2iC series takes with IE4 permanent magnet variable frequency high-efficiency motor. IE4 permanent magnet variable frequency motor uses rare-earth NdFeB, which enable it to have features such as high-efficiency, wider adjustable range, compact structure, small volume and light weight.
With the permanent magnet variable frequency technology, it can save the energy as high as 50%:
The permanent magnet variable frequency technology of Jaguar closely fits the actual air demands and will automatically regulate the air compressor. The compressed air generated by the screw air compressor will be controlled through the speed adjustment of motor, so that the energy will be significantly saved by automatically fitting the actual air demands for users. That is through this principle that will immensely save the energy cost for air compressor as high as 50%.
Dual variable frequency smart control:
Adopts dual Inovance frequency converters. Two of them will mutually regulate so as to control the screw air compressor in an orderly and stable way and provide you with compressed air with constant pressure.
High-efficiency and stable water-cooling system:
Adopts the creative water-cooling system in the industry. The good cooling effect ensures that the heat of permanent magnetic motor can be controlled stably and the water cooling of the whole machine is smaller than power so that it is more energy-saving.
