6HK1T is a heavy-duty inline-six water-cooled four-stroke diesel engine specially calibrated for construction excavators, equipped with turbocharger, intercooler and Denso common rail electronic injection system. Features ultra-strong low-speed torque, stable continuous heavy-load operation and low fuel consumption, widely matched for 30–45 ton medium & large excavators, also applicable for wheel loaders and industrial fixed power units.
We supply fully running-tested used assemblies and remanufactured long blocks. Every unit undergoes bench running test before shipment.
Replacement fit for heavy excavator chassis compatible with 6HK1T powerplant. Reference production year range: 2006–2016
Important Notice: 6HK1T has multiple suffix variants (TC/TCN/TCS/X) for different excavator models and emission standards. ECU program, wiring harness, cooling fan assembly and exhaust after-treatment components cannot be directly interchanged between different suffix codes.
We stock full series 6HK1T excavator engines covering Euro3 and Euro4 emission standards. If you need specific suffix or emission version, please contact us to confirm stock availability and complete technical parameters. Confirm full engine suffix code before purchase to avoid mismatching.
