The 6HK1T Electric is the electronic common rail injection variant of the classic Isuzu 6HK1 series heavy-duty diesel engine. Equipped with DENSO high-pressure common rail system, ECU electronic control unit, complete sensor wiring harness, turbocharger, and intercooler. Precise fuel injection control delivers smoother operation, lower fuel consumption, and meets Euro3/Euro4 emission standards. Widely matched for 30-45 ton excavators and medium/heavy commercial trucks.
We supply fully running-tested used assemblies and remanufactured long blocks. Every unit undergoes bench running test before shipment with complete electronic system inspection.
Replacement fit for heavy machinery & truck chassis compatible with 6HK1T Electric powerplant.
Reference production year range: 2008-2018
Two major 6HK1T versions available: Electronic Common Rail (Electric) and Mechanical Fuel Pump. ECU, full wiring harness, injectors and cylinder head components cannot be directly interchanged between electric and mechanical variants.
