Vacuum Creation: A vacuum pump is used to create a vacuum inside the chamber. The vacuum removes air and moisture from the transformer and its components, ensuring a clean and dry environment for the oil filling process.

Oil Heating: The transformer oil is heated to a suitable temperature to improve its flow properties and reduce its viscosity. This heating process is typically done using an oil heater or a heat exchanger.
