Well Testing API High Pressure Chicksan Hose Loop 2 INCH- 12 FT 6000PSI
Hose Loops as the part of the pipeline are conformed with API specification, and mainly used for transporting fluid in high pressure discharge line, well testing line and cementing slurry line. Hose Loop can make flexible approch to fluid direction change. Hose Loops can handle a complete range of standard and sour gas fluids at cold working pressures up to 15,000 PSI and can be used in both standard service and H2S service. The Hose loops consist of swivel joint, hammer union and pup joint.
Application of Hose Loop
Hose loops are used in a wide variety of oil and gas well service applications, such as circulating lines, water lines, discharge lines, well testing lines and temporary flow lines. The hose loops are used most extensively for primary and secondary cementing operations.
Types of Hose Loop
Hose Loop is composed of pup joint and swivel joints. Three types of hose loops are available:
* Short radius flexible manifolds,
* Long radius flexible manifolds
* Integral type flexible manifolds.
Features of Hose Loop
The swivel joints in hose loops feature flexibility, shock-resistance, vibration-resistance and large displacement. They are connected with wing unions, and have a good sealing performance. They can be easily and quickly tightened or dismantled, and stored and delivered conveniently.
