The Center Drive Sludge Scraper is the core sludge removal equipment for circular sedimentation tanks, thickeners, and clarifiers. The drive unit installed at the tank center rotates the truss structure, enabling the bottom scraper blades to gradually collect settled sludge into the central sludge hopper, while surface scum is collected by the skimmer into the scum trough. Our equipment features modular design, compact structure, smooth operation, and easy maintenance.   Scraper Blade Material: Standard rubber blades, wear-resistant and non-damaging to the tank bottom; optional stainless steel blades.

  Overload Protection: Blades automatically deflect when encountering hard objects, preventing equipment damage.
