Built for precision and durability, our metal wafer cassette offers robust support for secure wafer transfer and storage.
1. Smooth and burr-free inside the slots.
2. 5052 aluminum plate is used, the product is stable, durable, and not rusty.
3. High precision and flatness, processed by advanced precision equipment, processing precision can be ±0.01mm, assembly flatness ±0.2mm.
4. Blue Teflon plating on the lower plate in the slot, resistant to heat, chemicals, and water.
This Metal Wafer Cassette is a precision-engineered, aluminum cassette designed for processing semiconductor wafers in high-temperature environments, up to 350°C. Built to meet SEMI standards, this metal cassette offers enhanced durability and thermal performance, ideal for processes like chemical vapor deposition (CVD), rapid thermal processing (RTP), and wafer annealing.
It is available in a 200 mm wafer (8-slot) for automated applications, and supports customization even for one. The cassette’s all-aluminum construction (Except handle), with hard clear (HC) anodized surfaces (In which the lower plate in the slot is plated with blue Teflon), ensures long-lasting abrasion resistance, making it suitable for ISO 3 (FS209E Class 1) cleanroom environments.
Manufactured in an ISO9001-certified facility and CE-certified, the Metal Wafer Cassette meets global standards for quality and reliability, offering a high-performance solution for wafer handling in semiconductor process environments.
