The mold is a very important part in the plastic container blow molding process. A good quality extrusion blow mould can make the product production with higher efficiency, and moulds that are through find machining, and water ways, can also make the finished product with beautiful surface.

- Using stainless steel S136H or Aluminium alloy 7075# as mould cavity material- And neck plate using heat treatment to HRC62 hardness JAPAN DC53.
- Double neck design for you to easy and fast change in future, no need to communicate with us and wait us to send the neck.
- Moulds, we can make with auto-deflashing or manual deflashing according to your different demands
- Perfect mould cooling water way design, can enable better mould cooling preformace
