This machine is designed with three separate stations: injection preform, blowing & stretch and product release. First, raw material is fed into the hopper and then injected to the preform by the injection screw. The plate will rotate and preheat the preforms with heir own heat, with no reheating necessary for the blow station. Next, the products will be rotated to the release station and dropped down. It can work in full automatic cycle rotation, meaning no need to purchase bottle preforms, no waste and high degree of automation, resulting in finished products that are smooth and attractive.
This machine is widely used for PET cosmetic bottle from 10-1000 ml, such as milk bottle, sports water bottle, pharmaceutical packaging, PC bottle, red wine cup and LED lampshade.
