High-Efficiency Filtration & Sterilization
Three-level filtration system (primary, medium, high-efficiency) with highest filter grade reaching H13. Composite filtration options include fiber-activated carbon filters, TiO2 sterilizers, and UV sterilizers for effective dust removal and sterilization, ensuring fresh and healthy indoor air.
The air volume handled by the unit ranges from 2,600 m³/h to 160,000 m³/h, with customizable airflow options for different clean room requirements. The unit features two major series: mixed air type (R series) and fresh air type (F series), with refrigerant media including chilled water type and direct expansion type.
