Description:
The XL-50C crawler jet grouting drill rig is primarily used for the construction of reinforced foundations for roads, bridges, dams, various industrial buildings, and civil structures. When utilized with air compressors and pneumatic down-the-hole hammers, the following pipe can be used for drilling when anchoring for pit foundation support. It can also be used for shallow hole drilling and engineering exploration drilling in addition to general jet grouting (swing jetting, fixed jetting), and engineering building.
Main Features:
1. The power head has a broad range of variable speeds that may accommodate diverse drilling techniques and formation needs.
2. Has displays for the lifting speed, rotation of the power head, and vertical drilling tower.
3. The special valve with friction positioning is adopted for the gyrator and meets the requirements of the jet grouting process.
4. It uses full hydraulic control, enabling simple, adaptable operation. The crawler type makes stationary movement simple and rapid. The engine has a long stroke.
5. High effectiveness and minimal energy use. Power changes with the loading due to direct-acting load feedback and fine-tuning the hydraulic system.
6. The gyrator is equipped with a specific valve with friction placement that satisfies the requirements of the jet grouting procedure.
